2. What cookies and similar technologies are

3. Why we use them

5. Your choices
Where non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used, the website will ask for your choice before placing or accessing them. Optional categories are never pre-selected, and declining is as easy as accepting. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: you can change your choice at any time using the Change cookie settings button on this page.
Browser settings can also block or delete cookies and stored data, although some site functions (such as your shopping bag) may stop working.
6. Payments, forms and embedded services
Our website uses Stripe for payments, Netlify for website hosting and the server functions that handle our forms, and Zoom for online events. Following a link to another service may result in that service setting its own cookies under its own policy. For example, Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page when you pay. Necessary payment and security technologies may be exempt from consent; unrelated analytics or advertising technologies are not automatically exempt.
Our website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Our website does not set any cookies for this, but your browser sends your IP address to Google when the fonts load.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, they will stay off until you choose to accept them, and this table will be updated.
